When will my order ship? We do our best to ship your orders in a timely manner. Please keep in mind, we are a small “team” and sometimes, life gets in the way.
Where and how do you ship orders? We ship throughout the continental US, Canada, Australia and many countries throughout the world. If you do not see your country as an option when you check out, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. For international customers, we highly recommend selecting our USPS International shipping option. We’ve had the fewest issues in regards to custom/import charges with USPS.
What is your return policy? Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt via: sisterkatie.loopreturns.com. All sales are final during our annual Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and Bi-Annual End of Season Sale.
What are my payment options? We accept all major credit cards + Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal and Afterpay.

M = 6-8,
L = 10-12,
XL = 14.

How do you choose your factory partners? TBH, it takes a lot of time and effort. It is our goal to deliver you the best quality products that we possibly can. We are committed to sustainable and ethical processes and we always select partners that align with our core values. We eagerly anticipate a day when sustainability efforts aren’t used as marketing grabs and instead are part of standard industry practice. For now, we are diligent about selecting our suppliers and partners and always keeping a discerning eye on all of our processes in an effort to learn and do better.
Can you tell us a bit more about your partners? Our partners in Lima are a fair trade knitwear development and production company. They are woman-run and produce garments using zero-waste methods. They work with local artisans and weavers to create consciously and sustainably made textiles.
What else are you doing to be more environmentally friendly? It has been important to me from the get go that we work to make our full process as sustainable as possible. It is no secret that the fashion industry has a significant environmental impact, and I am committed to thoughtfully doing my part to evaluate and improve upon how we contribute. When you receive your orders from us, you will notice that we ship with very minimal fluff. Our shipping packaging is compostable and we do not include unnecessary wrapping, baggies, tags, etc. We send you the bare minimum since we know everything else just ends up in the trash! The poly bags that your clothes arrive in (inside of your shipping package) are the original bags utilized by our factories - they are necessary in order to keep your items from getting damaged in transit and maintain the integrity of the garment before it reaches you at home. We’ve recently upgraded to compostable polybags, a goal of ours that we’ve had since launching. Bigger picture, we keep our collections very small on purpose. We do not want to produce excess inventory from the onset. We keep the inventory small so that we are making things for people who actually want them. Last year, we launched our own peer-to-peer resale market called Hand Me Downs. The most sustainable and high impact decision we can make when choosing what we wear is to buy pre-loved and sustainably-made clothing. Hand Me Downs allows customers to buy and sell pre-loved Sister Katie pieces on our website. By participating in the marketplace, our customers keep timeless Sister Katie pieces in circulation and out of the landfill - they also earn a little extra spending money. We are a clothing company. We have an impact on the environment and our processes aren’t perfect. But, it is our goal to continue to learn and implement different ways that we can contribute in a positive way.
